How does the program work?
This membership is only for women who are seriously committed to their success and willing to put in the effort. Obtaining support, guidance, strategies, and resources is only as valuable as the dedication to take action. After many, many years of doing 1:1 private work with clients, Suzanne is excited to launch this special and affordable program dedicated to only women.
Group Sessions: During the first and third Tuesday of each month at 3pm ET there is a live group Zoom session with Suzanne for Q&A and trainings. Each participant will have an opportunity to ask their questions and/or share an obstacle they need help with. In the event of a holiday, or Suzanne's work/travel schedule, there may be an adjustment to the schedule in order to ensure that all monthly sessions are held. You don't need a Zoom account to join sessions as a participant.
Private Sessions: Once per month, at your discretion, you may use Suzanne's Strategy Room booking calendar to schedule a private 15 minute session that is included with your membership. When scheduling your monthly session you will be asked to describe in detail what you want to discuss; this will help to maximize your time together for better outcomes.
Limited Members & Access: The number of members is limited in order to maintain the integrity of Q&A access to Suzanne. Members are responsible for showing up, participating, and taking action on what they learn and on the strategies provided.
What actually happens during the live sessions?
Members are encouraged to attend whether they need help that week or not because there is "collective" learning from guidance provided to other members. Suzanne will start each session with a brief training or informational discussion on a business-related topic. She then opens the Q&A session to help each member with what they need.
Members who attend live Zoom sessions will be asked to "unmute" themselves when it's their turn to communicate with Suzanne. Each member's Q&A will be to the point and kept to an efficient communication in order to ensure everyone is taken care of. At the end of each session, and with time permitting, members can ask additional questions or seek clarity on a topic.
What if I can't make a session but need help?
You can still get your question answered, or receive a needed insight or strategy, by submitting your question in advance of a Q&A session. During the live session your situation or question will be addressed, you can then review Suzanne's response once the replay is posted.
What if I need more private personalized help?
This membership is a great entry-point to receive laser-shot guidance. Should you ultimately require a deeper dive with greater personalized guidance, you may visit Suzanne's website and consider a private consulting package.
Can I really cancel at any time hassle-free?
Yes! You can cancel at any time with a simple email and a 5-day advance notice prior to your next billing date in order to allow for processing. There are no pro-rated refunds for time remaining on your current paid month. Once your membership is cancelled you will no longer have access to the private group, live sessions, or any available content or resources accessible to members. You may return any time at the then current pricing; if there is no availability you can choose to be added to a waitlist.
Does Suzanne visit the members-only group and answer questions there?
The private members-only FB group is where you will communicate with other members, and also access session schedules, recordings and other resources uploaded from time-to-time. Suzanne primarily offers Q&A during the live Zoom sessions and Private sessions in order to be certain everyone gets taken care of.
However, from time-to-time Suzanne will create a dedicated post in the private group so members can ask questions inside that specific thread. In fairness to all members within the private group, you are not allowed to direct message Suzanne for private or dedicated Q&A.
On occassion, Suzanne will invite a guest expert to share a brief training for the members. This is an added bonus and members will be notifed in advance. If unable to attend a live session, the recording will be made available to watch at a later time.
