If I'm accepted, how does the program work?
This membership is for businesswomen who are seriously committed to their success and will be drama free and supportive of the other members.
Live Zoom Sessions: During the first and third Tuesday of each month at 2pm ET / 1pm CT / 12pm MT / 11am PT there is a live Zoom session with Suzanne for Q&A and specialized trainings. Each member will have an opportunity to receive a strategy or feedback, or to share an obstacle they need help with. In the event of a holiday, or Suzanne's work/travel schedule, there may be an adjustment to the schedule in order to ensure that all monthly sessions are held. You don't need a Zoom account to join sessions as a participant and you aren't required to have video on.
Live Voxer Q&A: Each week we have scheduled "open hours" for communication inside the Voxer group. Voxer is a free walkie-talkie-style app that lets you send voice messages, texts, and photos in real time. It’s like having direct access to Suzanne and your group in your pocket—perfect for quick questions, support, and staying connected between sessions. You will need to download the free app to your smart phone.
Limited Members: The number of members is limited in order to maintain the integrity of Q&A access to Suzanne. Members are responsible for showing up, participating, and taking action.
What if I can't make a session but need help?
You can still get your question answered, or receive a needed insight or strategy, by submitting your question with our form in advance of a Q&A session. During the live session your situation or question will be addressed, you can then review Suzanne's response once the replay is posted.
What if I need more private personalized help?
This membership offers a fantastic opportunity to receive focused, ongoing guidance. If you find you need a more in-depth and personalized approach, you can explore Suzanne’s private consulting packages on her website.
Can I really cancel at any time hassle-free?
Yes! You can cancel at any time with a simple email and a 5-day advance notice prior to your next billing date in order to allow for processing. There are no pro-rated refunds for time remaining on your current paid month. Once your membership is cancelled you will no longer have access to the private group, live sessions, or any available content or resources accessible to members. You may return any time at the then current pricing, subject to availability.
